Who are the
instructors?
Instructors
are clergy, religious and laity who have both educational background
and practical experience in liturgical ministry. While we rely
heavily on instructors from our own diocese, we also have visiting
instructors who have special expertise in the course topics.
Where are the
classes held?
Classes meet
in parishes and schools throughout the diocese. Specific sites
are indicated on the
course schedule.
How do I
register for classes?
Course
offerings and registration forms are published on a regular
basis in the West Tennessee Catholic. Forms should be
completed and mailed to the office of the Institute before the
designated deadline. The
registration
form is also available on this website.
May I take
classes in any order I want?
Maybe
yes....Maybe no.....
Some classes will have
prerequisites, but others may be taken at any time. Check the
registration form for specific information about the class you are
considering.
How can I
purchase textbooks?
Textbooks are
named and priced on the course schedule. Textbooks are sols on
site immediately prior to the first meeting of each class.
Efforts are made to keep textbook prices to a minimum.
I still have
additional questions. Who can I talk to about them?
The Institute for
Liturgy and Spirituality is directed by Mr. Michael Ziegler. He can be reached at (901) 725-2717,
